This just in - the Seller offers a $5,000 credit at closing towards roof replacement. Practically everything else in the house is new or restored, but the roof is close to the end of its useful life. The Seller recognizes this and will pay $5,000 towards a new roof from proceeds at closing.

This great little house is still for sale!
I can't believe it! After receiving an offer on the property and discovering some repairs that needed to be done (some new foundation posts and a new vapor barrier were installed), the home went back on the market but August was a quiet month.
My thought is that in August everyone was on their "last chance" vacation. September rolls around and BINGO there were three showings just on Tuesday, Septebmer 1st. Autumn is a magical time!
